This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") is a legal agreement between the player ("you") and mmr8 ("Company") regarding your use of the mmr8 platform ("Service"). By accessing the mmr8 website or mobile app, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1 General Definitions

2 Account Registration and Responsibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use the mmr8 platform. The company strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21 ("21+ only"). If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, the company may immediately close that account and forfeit any remaining balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one personal account on mmr8. If a person is found to have opened or used more than one account, bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

Players must provide their correct name, phone number, and the payment method used for the initial deposit when registering an account. If a withdrawal issue arises from an account registered with incorrect information, the company bears no responsibility.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit Terms

The mmr8 platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat only.

Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks
This minimum applies to all deposit methods.

3.1 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits are normally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to Myanmar banking cut-off times.

3.2 Deposit Records

Once a deposit is made, the record can be viewed in the player's account. If there is an issue with a deposit, contact customer support with the deposit phone number, amount, and transfer reference number.

4 Withdrawal Process

Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.1 Withdrawal Verification

Before making the first withdrawal, the player must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This step may require submitting a copy of a national ID card or household registration document.

4.2 Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

By default, withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit. If a different withdrawal method is needed, prior approval from the company must be obtained.

4.3 Withdrawals Involving Bonus Funds

Balances that include bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit on mmr8 can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.

Example 2 — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Games Eligible for Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement can be completed through slots, live casino, and other games. Please note that football betting may not count toward the wagering requirement. Contact customer service for more details.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

The expiry date of each bonus is shown at the time you claim it. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If a bonus is found to have been obtained through fraud or systematic abuse, any winnings from that bonus play may be voided and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Validity

The result of each game is only considered valid when it meets the original rules of that game. If a technical issue occurs (e.g. network disconnection), the result will be determined based on the company's records.

6.2 Betting Limits

Every game has minimum and maximum bet limits. Please check these limits in the game interface before playing.

6.3 Game Failure and Prize Issues

If a game fails due to a technical error, the company will investigate and credit the correct prize or wager amount to the account.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Methods

  • Using bots or automated playing systems (automation tools)
  • Attempting to exploit the network or server for unfair advantage
  • Collusive betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses
  • Money laundering activities

7 Personal Information and Security

9 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the Company

  • When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
  • An account opened with false personal information
  • When bonus abuse is detected
  • When suspicious money laundering activity is detected
  • When customer service is treated with verbal abuse

9.2 Closure Requested by the Player

Players may request Self-Exclusion themselves. In such cases, only funds that have already met the wagering requirement will be eligible for withdrawal.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mmr8 is not liable for losses arising in the following situations —

  • Gambling losses incurred by the player
  • Inability to access the platform due to technical or network issues
  • Difficulties arising from the player's own failure to manage their account responsibly
  • Issues with third-party services (payment platforms)

10.1 Force Majeure

If services are suspended due to causes beyond the company's control (natural disasters, civil unrest, cyberattacks), the company bears no liability.
